Turn off lights and air conditioning, close windows, and leave the key back in the lockbox.

Location: Remote is on the living-room wall by the light switch.
Instructions: Close the balcony door while it runs. Set it to 24°C — the loft cools down fast.
Coffee maker
Location: On the kitchen counter next to the kettle.
Instructions: Nespresso-compatible capsules are in the cupboard above. Fill the tank before brewing and lift the handle fully to load a capsule.
Washing machine
Location: Under the kitchen counter, left of the sink.
Instructions: Use program 3 (quick wash) for a small load. Tablets are in the drawer beside it; one per wash.
